This Site is designed to establish a trusted online scientific and educational platform for a global Healthcare Professional audience that aims to inform and support clinical practice and improve patient care.

In order to gain full access to the content of this global medical platform and view PTC’s wide range of medical materials, including webinars, publications, scientific articles and congress materials you are required to register to the Site and provide some contact information. Medical Inquires: When you contact us or send us an email at medinfo@ptcbio.com requesting medical information, your telephone number or your email address and any other personal data mentioned during the phone call or contained or attached in your email will be collected and used in order to process and respond to your medical information inquiry as well as stored for future compliance and auditing purposes. Such information may include for example your name, email address, telephone number and/or health information.
Quality and Safety (Adverse Event) Reporting: This Site does not promote PTC’s products. It offers only informational material on the accurate diagnosis and management of rare diseases. If you wish to submit a quality complaint or an adverse event report for one of our products, you may send an email to pharmacovigilance@ptcbio.com , and we will collect and process your personal information (name, contact details, job title), with the scope to handle your complaint and/or adverse event report and to follow up with you regarding an unexpected event involving use of our product. We will also further store and process such reports in order to comply with applicable quality and safety reporting laws and regulations.
Registration to gain access to restricted content: This Site is intended only for Healthcare Professionals located worldwide. Therefore, you will be asked to confirm your status and/or credentials as Healthcare Professional (HCP), as deem required by PTC. In order to gain full access to the medical material, you will be requested to fill in the online registration form on our Site and share with us some contact details for the purpose of identification and administration of this Site and your subscription to the different options proposed. Your name and contact information will be collected and used in order to process and manage your application, as well as to confirm your registration to this Site. Such information includes your first and last name, the center/hospital name, your business email address, your specialty and your country of residence. Upon your consent, we may also use your personal information to send you updates about MEDhub, including new content notifications. You can unsubscribe from these updates service any time when receiving an email from PTC.
Third party resources/Publications: We may provide you with links to or information about third-party resources. For example, we may provide information on the latest publications in the field of rare diseases, and their respective links for further information. A link to a third-party website or digital service does not mean that PTC endorses it or the quality or accuracy of information presented on it. Scientific Resources/Congresses: To reinforce your understanding on several types of rare diseases and help you with the diagnosis of suspected symptoms we provide you with the latest scientific data and expert insights on the diagnosis and management of a range of rare diseases across neuromuscular, central nervous systems and other areas. This section is accessible only to verified HCPs, according to the applicable laws and regulations of your country of residency. You can unlock the content and information on congresses and society meetings and download related presentations, infographics and posters only by registering to the Site, provided access to such material can be granted as per applicable laws and regulations of your country of residency.
Webinars: If you are interested on expert insights you will have the opportunity to view some recorded presentations and trainings delivered by experienced and distinguished experts in the field of rare diseases across neuromuscular, central nervous system and other diseases. This content is protected and can only be accessed by Healthcare Professionals who have registered, and which access has been confirmed and approved by PTC. After the registration to this Site, your email will be requested for the purpose of identification, in order to gain access to the materials on this section. Please note that when visiting our materials, videos and presentations, you will not be transferred to a third-party platform, nor any personal data will be collected nor processed when you rate the content of our videos.
