Account Registration: This Site is intended only for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). You must register an account with the MEDhub to gain access to all the scientific data and content material. Registration requires you to provide us with your name, email address, specialty working center/hospital name and other information specified in the registration form (“Registration Information”). You agree that your Registration Information is true, accurate, current, and complete, and you will promptly update your Registration Information as necessary so that it continues to be true, accurate, current and complete. We may attempt to verify that you are an HCP and check the accuracy of the Registration Information that you have provided and update it as necessary. In case we need additional information to confirm your HCP status you will be asked to send us verification information to medcomms@ptcbio.com for further validation. PTC will then review any additional information received and decide if the user can be verified as HCP or not.
Please note that you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Site account. If you believe that the security of your account information has been compromised, you should immediately notify us and we will assist you. We shall have no liability for any unauthorized access to or use of your account information.

Violations of this Terms of Use Agreement Failure to abide by this Terms of Use Agreement is a material breach of this Terms of Use Agreement for which PTC may pursue all rights and remedies it has pursuant to this Terms of Use Agreement, and any other rights and remedies it may have at law or in equity. Specifically, you agree that PTC may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to this Site for violations of this Terms of Use Agreement or other agreements or guidelines which may be associated with your use of this Site.
Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold PTC, its officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of this Terms of Use Agreement.

Miscellaneous. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions. PTC reserves the right to alter or delete materials from this Site at any time at its discretion.
