This poster, presented at MDA 2023, provides an overview of a phase 3 placebo-controlled trial assessing the motor function of patients with nonsense mutation Duchenne muscular dystrophy (nmDMD) treated with ataluren

  • Learn about the baseline characteristics of all study groups
  • Discover the efficacy of ataluren on motor functioning using the North Star Ambulatory Assessment
  • Determine the safety profile of ataluren in the intention-to-treat population

▼ Ataluren is subject to additional monitoring. This will allow quick identification of new safety information. Healthcare professionals are asked to report any suspected adverse reactions via the national reporting system. Adverse events should also be reported to PTC at pharmacovigilance@ptcbio.com.
