MDA 2023 poster: Ataluren preserves muscle function in nmDMD patients: A pooled analysis of results from three randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials

This poster, presented at MDA 2023, assesses the efficacy of ataluren on muscle function in patients with nonsense mutation Duchenne muscular dystrophy (nmDMD) over 3 trials

  • Explore the baseline demographics and characteristics of patients in the study
  • Review the efficacy of ataluren through the mean change from baseline in the pooled intention-to-treat population
  • Discover the results of ataluren in the pooled patient subgroup through testing mean change from baseline in 6-minute walk distance

▼ Ataluren is subject to additional monitoring. This will allow quick identification of new safety information. Healthcare professionals are asked to report any suspected adverse reactions via the national reporting system. Adverse events should also be reported to PTC at pharmacovigilance@ptcbio.com.
