This poster, presented at the 2021 virtual AMCP Annual Meeting, shows the key findings of an investigation into the symptoms and impact of nmDMD at different stages of ambulation

  • Review the demographics of 10 patients with nmDMD, whose caregivers participated in this qualitative interview study
  • Explore the caregivers’ responses to questions about physical function and impact of nmDMD on daily life at early, intermediate, and late stages of ambulatory decline
  • Understand the conceptual models of nmDMD, the level of care required and the emotional burden on caregivers at different stages of ambulation
