This poster, presented at MDA 2026, highlights real-world evidence supporting the effectiveness of ataluren in patients with nonsense mutation Duchenne muscular dystrophy (nmDMD) using data from the STRIDE Registry

  • Learn how ataluren treatment was associated with a delay in loss of ambulation compared with external comparator populations
  • Understand the validation of CINRG DNHS as a suitable comparator for assessing treatment outcomes in nmDMD
  • Review confirmatory findings supporting the long-term effectiveness of ataluren in delaying disease progression
