This article, published in the Journal of Clinical Medicine, evaluates the developmental trajectory of working memory in patients with nonsense mutation Duchenne muscular dystrophy (nmDMD)
- Review forward and backward digit span scores (indices of working memory) in a cohort of 55 placebo-treated subjects with nmDMD enrolled in a 48-week-long phase 2b clinical trial
- Working memory scores are evaluated as a function of age, oral corticosteroid treatment, and nmDMD mutation location
